Unlike many cleaning agencies, our staff enjoy working for DeWind Cleaning and take pleasure in their work. We believe that this is reflected in their excellent quality of cleaning.
When you decide that you would like to hire a cleaner, all you need do is call the DeWind Cleaning office at 585-256-2622 to make an appointment for a free estimate. Gary DeWind will personally meet with you at your house to discuss your cleaning requirements in detail and talk through recommended timing and visits.
Once finished, we will collect a spare set of your house keys that will then be labeled with our details for use by our cleaning staff. If you have a security system, you may choose to create a special code for use by our staff.
Gary DeWind will personally accompany your cleaning staff to your house for the first cleaning visit, to fully brief them on your house and cleaning requirements. Your house will always be cleaned by the same staff to ensure continuity in cleanliness and to provide you with peace of mind.
We will bring along all of the cleaning equipment and materials required. We even provide most cleaning solutions. Should you have a special request for a cleaning solution that you prefer, we may ask you to provide it to ensure that it is always readily available for use.
