service cost?
- The
charge for cleaning is by the job, and
not by the hour. This ensures continuity in your cleanliness and
in your price. You can expect the same high quality service each
time, and you won't be surprised by the bill.
Ad-Hoc Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning or
other One Time Cleaning are quoted separately.

How can I pay?

Payments
for cleaning can be made in cash or by check, and is expected
at the time of service. You may choose to pay ahead - no searching
for change on cleaning days!

cleaning equipment will I need?

We
will bring along all of the cleaning equipment and materials required..
We even provide most cleaning solutions. Should you have a special
request for a cleaning solution that you prefer, we may ask you
to provide it to ensure that it is always readily available for
use.

Should I tip my cleaner?

You may feel free to tip your cleaning staff to express appreciation
for a job well done. Additionally, many clients do like to leave
their cleaner a gift or gratuity during the Holidays.

I am unhappy with my cleaner can I change to a new one?

If
you feel disappointed with your cleaner, let us know. Please be
patient and supply us with as much feedback as possible.

What happens when I go on vacation?

You
may prefer that your cleaning staff clean at your regular schedule,
even when you'll be away, so that you will return to a fresh and
clean home.
If you
don't wish to have your home cleaned while you're away, please
give us as much notice as possible. (We prefer at least two weeks
notice.) That way, if we are able to work some extra hours elsewhere
while you are away, we can arrange this.

What if I need to make any changes to my cleaning day?

Should
you require a week or two without cleaning, or need to change
your cleaning day call the office as soon as possible and let
us know. If you fail to give your cleaning staff adequate notice
about a schedule change, you should expect to be charged for your
regularly scheduled cleaning.
